Hello love. I’m Naomi.

I have a passionate belief in the power of possibility, imagination and manifestation.

​

I believe that our time often passes us by far too quickly.

I have experienced many challenges in my life, including childhood and adult traumas, domestic abuse, mental health diseases - anxiety, depression and bi-polar. And a relationship with alcohol and drugs that led me down a darker path I have overcome during my own personal coaching journey.

I truly believe that if life has taught me anything, it is that adversity is the biggest blessing and motivator to lead us in the direction and opportunity for real change and growth.

​

I am a highly sensitive and empathetic person. Although it allows me to connect and feel deeply, to be highly attuned to the wants, feelings and needs of others...

...it used to overwhelm my life - steadily caring for others' needs before my own, being the peacemaker, and people-pleasing to and for others; often at my own expense. Can you relate?

I’ve discovered during my own personal coaching journey that sacrificing myself - helping everyone around me, while neglecting my wants and needs is a huge disservice to myself and those whom I love.

We must fill our own cup before allowing it to overflow to those we choose to surround ourselves with.

Coaching became the work that is written in the stars for me. My passion, dedication and minimalistic approach is how I have gotten this far from where I had been. Let's work together to give you the tools and skills you need, so you too can Live the Life you were Meant for.
